Understanding Fear & Misconceptions — Light Over Darkness
For centuries, humanity has walked with both curiosity and fear when it comes to the unseen.
Words like witchcraft , demonic and possession have been spoken in misunderstanding
of what is, at its essence, the movement of energy — the returning of all things to balance and light.
Reiki is not a religion, nor is it a summoning. It is a prayer made of light.
It is the ancient art of remembrance — the recognition that we are all channels through which divine energy flows.
When used with integrity, humility, and protection, Reiki does not invite darkness; it transforms it.
Much of the fear surrounding Reiki comes from misunderstanding what energy truly is.
Heavy, stagnant, or “dense” energies can gather in places of trauma, grief, or anger.
They are not evil spirits, but echoes — energies in need of release, of witnessing, of compassion.
Reiki, crystals, and dowsing act as gentle conduits to help these vibrations move on,
to restore peace to both the space and the soul.
In rare instances, practitioners may encounter an energy that feels darker or resistant —
but even these are not enemies. They are fragments of pain, fear, or lost human emotion.
When met with the unwavering frequency of love, they dissolve.
That is the quiet miracle of Reiki — it does not fight; it harmonises.
It calls all things back to the vibration of light.
Some spiritual healers, priests, and teachers have likened Reiki to the act of exorcism —
but in truth, it is not an expulsion. It is an elevation.
Where fear would banish, Reiki blesses.
Where others would cast out, Reiki calls in the divine.
The goal is never separation, but transformation —
to return every wandering fragment to Source.
