| Focused Support Session | 1 hour | £110 | Ideal for targeted issues, symptom relief, or follow-up work |
| 3-Session Package (optional) | 3 x 1 hr 30 min | £450 | Recommended for deeper integration or ongoing support; sessions scheduled individually |
| Charity / Supported Session | 1 hr 30 min | £50 | Must be arranged in advance; client must fundraise or organise support and complete the 5 stage pathway |
