Reiki and the Law of One — Healing as a Channel of Light

As a Reiki practitioner, I deeply resonate with the wisdom of the Law of One. Ra teaches that the healer does not heal — the healer becomes a crystallized channel for intelligent energy, offering another soul the opportunity to heal itself.

This mirrors exactly what Reiki embodies. When I offer Reiki, I am not “doing” the healing. Instead, I open to the universal life force — the intelligent, loving energy that flows through all creation. It moves through me, guided by the higher intelligence of both giver and receiver.

In the Law of One, the Green Ray, associated with the Heart Chakra, represents unconditional love and compassion. This is where many healers naturally draw their energy, offering love as a gentle force that invites harmony and balance.

The Blue Ray, connected to the Throat Chakra, represents truth, clarity, and divine expression. It is the bridge between inner knowing and outer communication, the channel through which healing energy is voiced into the world. Strengthening this ray allows the flow of energy to move fully from heart to voice, enabling love to be expressed as conscious intention.

When the Heart (Green Ray) and Throat (Blue Ray) unite, the healer becomes a living conduit of intelligent energy — love expressed as light, intention expressed as truth.

For me, Reiki is this sacred practice of being a channel: supporting the innate intelligence within every person, while honouring the interconnectedness of all beings. Healing is never imposed — it is always invited, received, and guided by the wisdom of the soul.

This is the essence of Reiki, and of the Law of One: remembering that all healing is self-healing, all energy is One, and that love, expressed through clear and willing channels, restores balance to the whole.
